Are you expecting a baby and are bamboozled by the range of slings and carriers available? Or do you have a newborn baby that hates being put down and you are exhausted?
In 2017 I was the mum of a refluxy boy, who wanted to be kept upright and my arms just couldn’t cope any longer. Discovering the right sling for us was a real lifeline. The choice of slings, carriers and wraps for babies can be bewildering, especially if you are struggling with a crying baby or lack of sleep, and this is where I come in.
How can I help?
As a Babywearing Consultant I have expertise from helping hundreds of local families, just like you, to find the right sling or carrier to suit them and their child.
Our monthly Newborn Slings and Carriers workshop focuses on expectant and new parents taking the first step with carrying their newborn. An informal session, it covers safety, comfort, the different types of slings and carriers available, and more about those benefits that come with using slings. You will have plenty of opportunity to try using the slings with our demonstration dolls, and your own baby if they have already arrived.
You will have the time to meet with other families, ask loads of questions, and enjoy some tea and cake. The workshop venue is easily accessible on the ground floor with plenty of room for prams. There are limited spaces on each workshop, so please book your place as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.
The cost is just £20 for up to two adults who will carry the same child.
Back Carrying Workshop – our next date for this is Saturday 29th June at 10.30am here on the Wirral. Please book here
